Owners Keith Knott and Eva Platt purchased the Brick Oven in 1990 and have been cooking there ever since. The Brick Oven is a family style restaurant with a casual atmosphere. We offer many menu choices. Our soups and desserts are homemade as are many of our dinner choices. We serve breakfast all day and offer specials every day. We also serve beer and wine and have a limited bar.
